Hi, I’m Dr. Essence! As a multiracial, queer and neurodivergent individual, I have been marginalized in different ways throughout my lifetime. When you begin therapy with me, you are starting a relationship with a therapist who has walked the walk as much as she can talk the talk. I strive to connect authentically with my clients through a balance of encouragement and support while also challenging you to grow.
