“Being biracial (Black and Japanese) I recognize that no identity is flat, so I often take on a multicultural orientation when working with others.”
Nice to meet you my name is Karim. I was born in Japan and moved to the United States in 2013. I completed my bachelor’s degree in psychological sciences at Northern Arizona University and then moved to Denver to complete my master's degree in counseling psychology at the University of Denver. Being biracial (Black and Japanese) I recognize that no identity is flat, so I often take on a multicultural orientation when working with others.
